Meetings are a nuisance for many people. They often take way too long and not much comes out in the end. The interactive online tool Plan B supports the participants in a meeting in planning, conducting and evaluating the meetings. The focus of the design concept is on the implementation phase. The concept transfers the structure from the planning phase into the meeting itself. It is intended to make the annoying day-to-day meeting easier and ensure that more is done in less time.
